We will come and view your living space by appointment and we will discuss the options with you. Depending on the space, we can advise you on the amount of the rent. Determining a correct / market-based rental price is one of the areas in which we assist you; a house that is offered too expensive sometimes remains for rent unnecessarily long, on the other hand renting out too cheap is not wise. In an ever-changing market, we can keep you informed of market developments if you wish.

You determine the (searcher) profile of your future tenant in collaboration with us, we will find the right candidate for you. Our target group is people and companies who need housing for themselves or for an employee for a shorter or longer period of time.

After we meet you in person, survey the property and take pictures, your property will be included in our automated file. Not only will your property be extensively featured on our website and in our frequently visited shop window, but all users registered with us, who match the searcher profile, will be immediately informed of your property!

If both parties have come to an agreement through our mediation, Residence Housing & Relocation will draw up the rental agreement and complete the delivery.
